- 1/2 cup milk of choice (organic dairy or soy, almond, coconut, etc.)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1 serving high quality protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
- 1 Tbsp almond, cashew or peanut butter (optional)
- Fill the Tall Cup or Party Mug halfway with ice.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Twist on the cross blade and blend until smooth. Serve.
